Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Battle By The Bay

If a team cannot attend a tournament, the refund amount will depend on the notice provided and whether a replacement team is found. A team that provides notice 60 days or more prior to the tournament start will receive a 100% refund, provided a replacement team is found. If notice is given between 14 and 29 days prior to the tournament, a 50% refund will be issued if a replacement team is found. If notice is given within 13 days of the tournament, a 25% refund will be issued, again contingent on finding a replacement team. If no replacement team is found, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, if Northern Storm Hockey is unable to fill a division with at least 4 teams and the division is canceled, a full refund will be issued.
